What does is cost?
|
A one year membership in the Direct Access Medicine Plan costs $1600. Couple and Child rates are shown in the table below. The annual fee pays for all your care from Dr. Bob for twelve months.
The annual fee is paid directly to Dr. Bob and is not covered or reimbursed by your medical insurance. You will need to keep your high deductable insurance because your Direct Access Medical Plan retainer covers only the services you receive from Dr. Bob. If you require hospitalization, special lab tests, medical specialists or other medical services you will need a health plan to cover these costs.
Many of our patients have discovered that an HSA (Health Savings Account) is the perfect complement to concierge care and can offset a significant portion of the cost of joining Dr. Bob's practice. Your financial advisor or insurance broker can help you decide if an HSA is right for you, and you can ask Dr. Bob for more information about how concierge medicine works with an HSA to keep you healthier and conserve your healthcare dollars. You may join Dr. Bob's Practice at any time during the year. Membership is based on an annual contract payable at the start of the membership period. semi-annual, quarterly and monthly payment plans are also available (with auto debit). Corporate plans are now available. Checks, cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
